Hand rips from yesterday didn’t make the power cleans any more enjoyable and rushing straight to the Rx weight without a proper warm-up rightfully angered the shoulder.  Spoke with Sports Physician’s office today to try and secure my next cortisone injection so I can get off these Prednisolone tablets…they’re good for the inflammation/pain but also handy if you’d like to stay awake for 3 days straight. Hoping they get back to me sooner rather than later.
